We are a direct seller, not a marketplace. We buy each item new from the brand or an established US retailer, pack your order at our office in the USA and ship it from there, and we take responsibility for delivery and support until it reaches your door.
You can browse and check out as a guest; an account is optional and simply keeps your orders in one place. Keep your sign-in method secure and your delivery details accurate.
Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If an item goes out of stock after you order, we refund you in full without delay.
You may cancel any order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, from Account → Orders. After that the item has usually been bought and dispatched; write to us and we will do what we can.
If a listing contains an obvious pricing error, we may cancel and fully refund the affected items before dispatch. We will always write to you and explain.
Sizes, materials and age guidance are as the maker publishes them. Introduce anything new under supervision, choose toys and chews sized for your pet, and take an item away once it is damaged. If you are unsure whether something suits your pet, ask us or your vet before ordering.
