Every parcel travels with a carrier tracking number, which we email you when it ships. An order of several items may arrive as more than one parcel, each with its own number.
Crates, beds, cat trees and other large items often ship in their own box and can arrive on a different day from the rest of your order, each box with its own tracking number.

We pack every order ourselves at our office in the USA and ship it from there.
