Your name, email, phone and delivery address when you order; your email when you subscribe or save a cart; and first-party analytics about how the site is used (pages, clicks, errors) so we can fix what is broken.
If you start a checkout, what you type there (name, email, phone and delivery address) is saved with your cart as you go, even if you do not place the order, so we can remind you about it and help you finish it.
Deliver your order, answer your questions, and send you order updates. We send news and offers only if you subscribed, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.
The carrier that delivers your order sees your delivery details. Razorpay sees your payment details; we never see your full card number. We do not sell your data.
Google Analytics and Google Ads measure how the site is used and which ads lead to orders, using cookies. When you fill in checkout or place an order, Google Ads also receives your email address, phone number and address, scrambled (hashed) in your browser before they are sent, so it can match the order to an ad click and show our ads to people who started an order. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, or you browse from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, checkout details are not sent.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measures which of our ads lead to visits and orders, and shows our ads to people who have visited the store. Its pixel sets cookies and receives the pages you view, the products you look at or add to your bag, the value of an order, your device and your approximate location. When you type your details into checkout or another form on the site, it also receives your email address, name, phone number and address, scrambled (hashed) before they are sent, so that it can match a visit or an order to an ad. When you add an item to your bag, and when an order is paid, our server also tells Meta, so it is counted even if your browser blocked the pixel: for an add, the product, Meta's cookie ids from your browser, your IP address and your browser type; for a paid order, also the order and your details in the same hashed form. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, the pixel is not loaded and Meta receives nothing, from your browser or from us; nor does it for a shopper in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland from our server.
Google Customer Reviews may offer you an optional survey after checkout. If you accept, Google receives your email address, order number, country and expected delivery date, and emails you a short survey about the order.
Resend sends our emails, including order confirmations and checkout reminders, so it receives your email address and the content of those emails.
