The hygger Bio Sponge Filter is an essential aquarium accessory designed to provide both mechanical and biological filtration. This filter helps maintain crystal-clear water and promotes a healthy environment for aquatic life in freshwater and saltwater tanks.

Constructed with a fine sponge and bio balls, the hygger Bio Sponge Filter effectively captures fish waste and tiny debris, ensuring optimal water quality. Its innovative design features a fish-safe seamless structure without any moving parts, preventing small fish and shrimp from being sucked in.

This makes it an ideal choice for various aquarium setups, including shrimp tanks, quarantine tanks, and fry tanks. The filter operates using an air pump, which is sold separately, to aerate the water and create beneficial bubbles that enhance water movement, catering to fish that prefer slow-flowing conditions.
