About this item

Our cat and dog grooming pet release forms were designed for professional pet groomers by professional get groomers in need of a better option. These pads of 100 forms address matted fur ear hematomas, the need for patience when grooming senior dogs, some of the issues when coloring hair, and the risks of shaving or grooming cats. Addressing the hematoma issue with mats was our top priority though.
