Grooming your pet before bathing is an essential step that improves the effectiveness of the entire grooming process. By removing dead undercoat, tangles, and mats ahead of time, it ensures that water and shampoo penetrate thoroughly to the skin, resulting in a cleaner and healthier coat.

For optimal results, start with a slicker brush over the body, focusing on highfriction areas like the legs and behind the ears—where knotting tends to occur. After this initial brushing, groomers often rely on a dog metal comb to work through the coat a second time. This step is crucial, especially around delicate areas such as between the toes, where mats are easily overlooked.

A highquality metal comb is a professional’s trusted tool for ensuring no knots are left behind before washing begins. This pet grooming comb is crafted from premiumgrade stainless steel, combining durability with petsafe design. Whether youre grooming a large dog or a small cat, this tool is designed to meet a variety of needs.

The dualspacing of the teeth—both wide and narrow—allows for effective detangling, fluffing, and finishing work. Ideal as a doodle comb, it handles thick, curly coats with ease, gliding smoothly through dense fur to remove mats and loose hair. It also doubles as a metal comb for cats, perfect for maintaining longhaired breeds prone to tangling.

Rounded tooth tips gently massage the skin, promoting blood circulation and a healthier, shinier coat while preventing irritation or scratching. Whether you’re maintaining your pet’s appearance at home or as a professional groomer, this versatile grooming tool offers outstanding performance and comfort for both pets and owners.

A musthave addition to any grooming kit, this comb delivers salonquality results from head to tail.
